GREENSBORO, N.C. — The TLC show “My Big Fat Fabulous Life” starring Greensboro native Whitney Way Thore has been renewed for a second season.

People magazine reported Monday that they had learned exclusively the show was renewed.

The series follows the 30-year-old as she learns to embrace her body and love herself again. The show features her around her home in Greensboro that she shares with her parents.
